Pioneer Valley Waste Solutions is seeking dependable, service-oriented Non-CDL Drivers to join our team! If you’re an experienced driver who values safety, punctuality, and customer service, we’d love to have you on board.
Position: Non-CDL Driver
Location: Easthampton, MA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Safely drive company vehicles along established routes.
- Provide friendly and prompt service to customers.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving routes and materials collected.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving for a company or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and traffic laws.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
